About the City Action Plan:
The City Action Plan is designed to support cities in charting a path for achieving local eviction prevention priority or priorities. This resource should serve as a guide for identifying eviction priorities, stakeholders and steps needed to make progress with your city's eviction prevention program or programs. Each city in the 2024 - 2025 Eviction Prevention Learning Lab must submit an action plan by Wednesday, October 16, 2024 and present the progress of their action plan on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.
How to Submit via Submittable:
- You will need to create a free Submittable account, or sign in with Google or Facebook credentials in order to submit to these forms.
- You can save a draft of your work if you would like to finish filling out the action plan at a later date.
- If you need to make changes to your form, please withdraw your submission and resubmit.
- If anything changes with the information you submitted, please request to edit the submission
- The Submittable platform works best on Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported. Please make sure you are using a supported browser.
- You can download Firefox by following the instructions linked here.
